The role
Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking an experienced associate with 3-6 years of complex litigation experience to join their Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. This role will focus on litigating complex disputes from case filing through trial across various industries, including tech, finance, life sciences, and energy.
What you'll do
- Litigate complex disputes from case filing through trial
- Work directly with clients
- Manage complex cases
- Take and defend depositions
- Court appearances
- Mediations
- Arbitrations
- Trial work
What we're looking for
3-6 years of complex litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal research abilities
Superb writing and oral communication skills
Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred
Highly motivated, dynamic, and creative individual· nice to have
