The role
Orrick is seeking a Managing or Senior Associate with 5-8 years of experience to join its M&A and Private Equity practice. This role, based in Miami, New York, Irvine, or San Francisco, will focus on mergers and acquisitions and is ideal for a candidate with strong law firm experience and excellent communication skills.

Membership to the State Bar of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required
