The role
Orrick is seeking highly skilled associates with two to four years of experience to join their Intellectual Property Litigation practice in their U.S. offices. This role is for lawyers with experience in patent and/or trade secret matters and requires strong research, writing, and advocacy abilities.

Admission to the State Bar of the office location is required
A bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred· nice to have
