The role
Orrick is seeking a Managing Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Technology Companies Group in San Francisco, New York, Boston, Seattle, Austin, or Santa Monica. This role focuses on representing high-growth emerging technology businesses and will be part of a global platform scaling with clients.
What we're looking for
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a major law firm

Highly driven individual with outstanding academic skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal abilities
Admission to the state bar of the office in which the candidate would be located is required
