Energy & Infrastructure Associate at Orrick

The role

We are seeking associates with at least two years of experience in finance or tax equity transactions to join Orrick's Energy & Infrastructure team in a U.S.-based office. This role is for motivated individuals with excellent academic credentials and communication skills, who can contribute to the firm's market-leading energy and infrastructure practice.

What we're looking for

At least two years of experience in finance or tax equity transactions

2 to 9+ years of relevant experience

Membership in the state bar of the office in which the candidate expects to be located

Excellent academic credentials

Excellent communication skills

Prior work in the energy and infrastructure sector· nice to have
