The role
Orrick is seeking a Capital Markets Managing Associate with 4-6 years of experience in securities law. This role will focus on capital raising solutions for technology and life sciences companies, working with both public companies and investment banks. The position is open to candidates in San Francisco, New York, or Boston.

Bar membership in the state where they wish to practice
