The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius seeks a midlevel associate with 1-5 years of experience for their Intellectual Property practice in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on life sciences patent prosecution and requires an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in a life sciences technology area.
What we're looking for

Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number)
Active California Bar membership
Prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either prior to joining the firm or during the first 12 months from the date of hire
