The role
Morgan Lewis seeks a midlevel Intellectual Property Associate with 1-5 years of experience in life sciences patent prosecution, for their San Francisco office. This role will focus on the health law and IP practice areas.
What we're looking for
1-5 years of patent prosecution experience in a biotechnology practice
Advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in a life sciences technology area
Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number)
California Bar membership
Prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either prior to joining the firm or during your first 12 months from the date of hire
