The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius seeks a midlevel Associate for its Corporate & Business Transactions practice, focusing on Life Sciences matters. This role requires 2+ years of experience and is located in Philadelphia, Princeton, or San Francisco.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements
- Draft and negotiate license agreements
- Draft and negotiate supply and other operational agreements (e.g., CDA/NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, MSAs, etc.)
- Draft and negotiate product purchase and sale agreements
What we're looking for
3-5 years of law firm experience with life science transactions
