The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is seeking a highly qualified Employee Benefits Midlevel Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Employment practice group in Philadelphia, New York, or Washington D.C. This role will focus on advising on employee benefits and executive compensation issues within M&A transactions, as well as handling non-M&A matters related to various compensation and benefit plans.
What we're looking for
3-5 years of law firm experience
Excellent academic credentials
Strong skills and experience in advising employee benefits/executive compensation issues in M&A transactions
Experience or willingness to handle non-M&A employee benefits and executive compensation matters
Experience designing, drafting, and operating qualified pension, defined contribution, health and welfare, executive employment, nonqualified deferred compensation and equity compensation plans and agreements
Bar membership required
