The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius seeks an Intellectual Property Disputes Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Life Sciences practice in Chicago or Philadelphia. This role focuses on pharmaceutical patent litigation within the IP and Health Law litigation groups.

Background in molecular biology, cellular biology, or biochemistry· nice to have
Experience in Hatch Waxman, biosimilars, or other pharmaceutical patent litigation· nice to have
Master’s degree or Ph.D.· nice to have
