Labor Management Relations Junior/Midlevel Associate

The role

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate for its Labor Management Relations team in Century City. This role will focus on advising employers with regard to federal labor laws and related litigation, and is ideal for candidates with 1-5 years of experience.

What you'll do

• Advise employers with regard to federal labor laws
• Provide compliance advice
• Engage in collective bargaining negotiations
• Handle arbitrations
• Handle ULP and R cases before the National Labor Relations Board
• Handle related Federal and State Court litigation
