The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius is seeking a midlevel associate with 3-5 years of transactional experience for its Energy and Infrastructure practice group. This role will focus on sophisticated energy and infrastructure transactions and can be based in Los Angeles, New York, or Boston.
What you'll do
- Work on a range of sophisticated energy and infrastructure transactions, including project finance, project development, energy M&A, data centers, infrastructure development, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and commercial/project agreements
What we're looking for
Approximately 3-5 years of transactional experience
Strong transactional experience
Demonstrated interest in the energy and infrastructure sector
Energy and infrastructure-related project finance experience· nice to have
