Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Seattle-based Employment Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of PQE to join its Employment practice. This role will focus on management-side employment law litigation and counseling, including trade secret disputes and advising technology companies on employment matters.
What you'll do
- Litigate employment law cases
- Provide day-to-day advice to fast-growing technology companies on all aspects of employment law
- Advise clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling
Experience litigating employment law cases
Experience with matters involving covenants not to compete and trade secret disputes
Experience providing day-to-day advice to companies on all aspects of employment law
Experience advising clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
Excellent academic credentials
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Members of the Washington Bar (preferred)
