The role
The Employment & Trade Secret group seeks a qualified attorney with 2-3 years of PQE in management-side employment law litigation and counseling. This role will focus on litigating employment law cases, including restrictive covenants and trade secret disputes, and advising technology companies on employment law matters and transactional issues.
What you'll do
- Litigate employment law cases
- Provide day-to-day advice to fast-growing technology companies on all aspects of employment law
- Advise clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
What we're looking for
At least 2-3 years of PQE in management-side employment law litigation and counseling
Experience litigating employment law cases
Experience with matters involving covenants not to compete and trade secret disputes
Experience providing day-to-day advice to fast-growing technology companies on all aspects of employment law
Experience advising clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
Excellent academic credentials
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Regular in-person attendance in our Seattle office required
