What you'll do
- Draft definitive transaction agreements
- Assist to manage all other aspects of a strategic transaction, including due diligence and disclosure letters
- Coordinate with subject matter experts
- Assist to manage the client relationship
What we're looking for
3-5 years of relevant M&A experience
Experience in public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions
Experience drafting definitive transaction agreements
Experience managing aspects of strategic transactions including due diligence and disclosure letters
Experience coordinating with subject matter experts
Experience managing the client relationship
Superior academic credentials
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
