The role
This role is for a Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 3-5 years of PQE who will focus on public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. The position is within the firm's elite M&A team, working with technology and life sciences companies.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Assist to manage all other aspects of a strategic transaction
- Coordinate with subject matter experts
- Assist to manage the client relationship
What we're looking for
3-5 years of relevant experience
Experience in public and private company mergers and acquisitions
Experience in other strategic transactions
Superior academic credentials
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Experience as an integral associate on M&A transactions· nice to have
Experience drafting definitive transaction agreements· nice to have
Experience assisting to manage all other aspects of a strategic transaction including due diligence and disclosure letters· nice to have
Experience coordinating with subject matter experts· nice to have
Experience assisting to manage the client relationship· nice to have
