Wilson Sonsini is seeking a San Francisco-based Associate with 4-8 years of experience in M&A and Venture Capital. This role will focus on representing emerging companies and investors in high-growth industries.
What you'll do
- Lead transactions
- Interact directly with founders, CEOs, management teams and boards of directors at company-side clients
- Interact directly with VC and other investor-side clients
- Foster relationships with current and future stars of the private technology and life sciences company ecosystem
- Work on high growth businesses at all stages of their growth, including SAFEs, preferred stock financings, corporate governance matters, and general corporate work
- Counsel management on matters ranging from formation to exits
- Advise venture capital firms and institutional investors investing in emerging growth companies
