Seattle Corporate Associate

The role

A corporate associate with 4-6 PQE is sought for the Seattle office. This role focuses on advising emerging growth technology and life sciences companies through their full life cycle, including capital markets, M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, often acting as outside general counsel.

What you'll do

• Advise clients throughout their full life cycle
• Serve as outside general counsel
• Provide day-to-day counseling to management teams
• Negotiate equity financings
• Advise companies and investors in equity financings
• Guide clients through strategic transactions and acquisitions
