Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Junior Energy & Climate Solutions/Tax Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their Los Angeles or San Francisco office. This role will focus on transactional tax matters within the firm's energy and climate solutions group, specifically involving tax credits and tax equity.
