The role
The firm is seeking corporate attorneys with 5+ PQE for an associate or of counsel position, supporting exciting biotech and tech companies through their funding, IPO, and public company lifecycle or sale. The role is based in Palo Alto with a hybrid schedule and requires an interest in life sciences and tech.
What you'll do
- Advise companies through the start-up and venture capital phase
- Advise companies through IPOs and equity capital markets
- Advise companies through public company reporting
- Lead EC/VC and/or capital market offerings
- Manage a team of associates and paralegals
What we're looking for
Five plus years of experience
Background and interest in life sciences and tech
Ability to advise companies through the start-up and venture capital phase
Ability to advise companies through IPOs and equity capital markets
Ability to advise companies through public company reporting
Experience leading EC/VC and/or capital market offerings
Experience managing a team of associates and paralegals
