The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of experience in M&A and transactional work to join their emerging companies group in Austin/Boston/Century City. The role involves advising founders and investors on venture financings, formations, M&A, and strategic transactions for emerging growth companies.
