The role
An experienced corporate associate with 4-6 years of general corporate experience is sought for the technology practice group in the San Francisco office. This role is ideal for an individual ready to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to a highly collaborative team, gaining broad experience in venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, and SEC reporting.
What you'll do
- Jump in and take ownership of client relationships
- Work collaboratively with other associates and partners
- Gain deep and broad experience in venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, and SEC reporting
- Represent technology clients through all stages of their growth, with a particular focus on late-stage private companies, IPOs, and post-IPO representation
- Train attorneys on how to support business development efforts
