The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Technology Transactions (IT) Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Technology practice group in Austin, Boston, or Palo Alto. This role focuses on intellectual property and commercial transactions for technology companies.
What you'll do
- Structure intellectual property and commercial transactions
- Draft intellectual property and commercial transactions
- Negotiate intellectual property and commercial transactions
- Work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions
- Work on the intellectual property aspects of public offerings
- Work on the intellectual property aspects of financings
- Work on the intellectual property aspects of other multidisciplinary transactions
What we're looking for
4-6 years of experience
Experience in intellectual property transactions
Strong interest in a career focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions
Superior academic credentials
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Technical or science background· nice to have
Digital health experience· nice to have

Salary range of $310,000 – $390,000
