The role
Goodwin is seeking a mid-level associate for its Technology Capital Markets practice group in San Francisco. This role is ideal for an attorney with 2-4 years of PQE in securities law, focusing on public company work and equity offerings.
What we're looking for

Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
