Private Equity Debt Finance - Mid-Level Associate

The role

Goodwin Procter is seeking a mid-level associate for its Debt Finance group. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in leveraged buyout financings, acquisition financings, and corporate growth transactions. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating key loan documents.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth
• Represent banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth
• Draft commitment papers
• Negotiate commitment papers
• Draft credit agreements
• Negotiate credit agreements
• Draft collateral documents
• Negotiate collateral documents
