The role
Goodwin is seeking a highly qualified senior attorney with experience in venture debt and growth capital financing for early- and late-stage companies. This role will focus on negotiating and drafting loan documents, advising on transaction structures, and supporting deal execution within the Debt Finance group.
What you'll do
- Negotiate and draft loan and related documents
- Advise on transaction structures
- Support deal execution and internal forms initiatives
- Prepare forms
- Leverage AI-driven models to support markups of term sheets, credit agreements, collateral documents, certificates and customary credit deliverables
