The role
Goodwin's Public M&A team is seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of PQE to join their industry-leading M&A group. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions, particularly within the Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services sectors, focusing on public companies and securities laws.

What we're looking for
3-6 years of PQE
Substantial M&A and transactional experience
Focus on M&A transactions involving public companies (sellside and buyside) and related securities laws
Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Deal sheet
Experience with companies in the Tech and/or Life Sciences industries· nice to have
