The role
Goodwin's Public M&A team is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of M&A and transactional experience to join its industry-leading Global M&A Group. The role focuses on public company M&A transactions, particularly within the Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and Financial Services sectors, offering the chance to work on high-profile deals and develop as a strategic advisor.
What we're looking for
3-6 years of M&A and transactional experience
Substantial M&A and transactional experience with a focus on M&A transactions involving public companies (on the sellside and buyside) and related securities laws
Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Deal sheet required
Experience with companies in the Tech and/or Life Sciences industries· nice to have
