The role

Goodwin is seeking a mid-level or senior associate with 2-4 years of PQE to join its Debt Finance practice in Philadelphia. The role will focus on representing private equity sponsors and lenders in leveraged buyout and acquisition financings.

What you'll do

Represent private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth
Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents

What we're looking for

2-4 years of PQE

Experience representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth

Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents

Outstanding academic credentials

Comparable law firm experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required
