The role

Goodwin Procter is seeking a mid-level associate for its Debt Finance group. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in various financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings.

What you'll do

Represent private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth
Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents

What we're looking for

Mid-level associate with comparable law firm experience

Experience in representation of private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth

Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents

Outstanding academic credentials

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required
