The role
This is a mid-level Associate position in Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's Investigations, White Collar, and Fraud practice in Los Angeles. The role is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of experience in white collar defense, prosecution, or government enforcement.
What you'll do
- Represent individual and corporate clients in both civil and criminal investigations
- Represent individual and corporate clients in regulatory enforcement matters at both the federal and state level
What we're looking for
At least three years of experience at a national law firm working on white collar matters, working as a prosecutor or government enforcement attorney, and/or service as a judicial law clerk
Graduate of a nationally ranked law school
Strong law school grades
Excellent writing skills
Member of the California bar
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
