The role

The Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Practice Group is seeking a senior associate for its New York, Washington, DC, or Silicon Valley offices with significant experience in executive compensation and benefits matters related to M&A transactions. The role requires expertise in equity compensation and securities disclosure rules, with an ideal candidate being a self-starter capable of independently managing deals.

What you'll do

Design and give advice on all forms of equity compensation
Handle multiple matters at once in a fast-paced environment
Independently run deals with minimal partner supervision

What we're looking for

Significant experience in executive compensation and benefits matters related to M&A transactions

Ability to design and give advice on all forms of equity compensation

Well-versed in the securities disclosure rules pertaining to executive compensation

Ability to handle multiple matters at once in a fast-paced environment

Ability to independently run deals with minimal partner supervision

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Member of the Bar in the United States
