The role

Hogan Lovells is seeking a mid-level associate for its Denver real estate practice. This role is for an attorney with three to six years of experience in real estate transactions, focusing on commercial real estate, financings, investments, and diligence matters.

What you'll do

Advise clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions
Advise clients in connection with real estate financings
Advise clients in connection with real estate investments
Advise clients in connection with real estate diligence matters

What we're looking for

Three to six years of real estate transactional experience

Level-appropriate experience in managing matters

Comfort interacting directly with clients

Strong level-appropriate drafting skills

Excellent firm credentials

Strong interpersonal skills

Commitment to quality

Active supervisors of junior attorneys and paralegals

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Member of the Bar in the United States

Real estate transactional experience preferably from a large law firm· nice to have

Experience with real estate finance, purchase and sale, and/or joint venture transactions· nice to have
