The role

Hogan Lovells is seeking a mid to senior-level associate for their real estate practice in New York. This role is for an attorney with four to six years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm, to advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, financings, and workouts.

Four to six years of real estate transactional experience

Experience preferably from a large law firm

Level-appropriate experience in managing matters

Comfort interacting directly with clients

Strong level-appropriate drafting skills

Excellent academic credentials

Strong interpersonal skills

A commitment to excellence

Excellent supervisors of junior attorneys and paralegals

A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Bar admission in the United States

Experience with real estate finance· nice to have
