The role
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Senior Level Environment and Natural Resources Associate for their Denver office. This role focuses on environmental transactions within the Projects practice area, requiring 5-9 years of experience.

- Play a lead role in a sophisticated practice advising on high profile, high-value deals
- Advise on deals spanning the country and a variety of sectors
What we're looking for
Five to nine years of environmental transactions experience
Experience conducting diligence on the environmental aspects of transactions
Experience preparing diligence reports
Experience drafting environmental provisions of M&A agreements
Experience advising clients on potential environmental risks and mitigation strategies
Strong writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong academic credentials
Commitment to excellence
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
Experience at a large law firm· nice to have
