The role
The Baltimore office is seeking a junior associate with 1-3 years of PQE to join its Corporate & Finance team. The role is for a candidate with strong foundational training and experience in M&A, capital markets, or public company advisory, looking to develop in a high-caliber corporate practice.

- Support sophisticated M&A transactions
- Support capital markets offerings
- Support public company advisory work
- Work closely with experienced practitioners
- Take increasing responsibility on matters
What we're looking for
One to three years of relevant experience
Strong foundational training and experience supporting sophisticated M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, or public company advisory work
Strong analytical and writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, team-oriented environment
Genuine enthusiasm for learning, professional growth, and delivering exceptional client service
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
