The role

A mid-level corporate and securities associate is sought for the Philadelphia office to handle a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including public company advisory work, corporate governance, and capital markets financings. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 PQE and experience supporting public company client representations.

What we're looking for

Two to three years of experience in corporate and securities matters

Experience in public company advisory work

Experience in corporate governance

Experience in capital markets financings

Experience working alongside teams managing public company client representations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong technical knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933

Strong technical knowledge of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934

Comparable law firm experience

Outstanding academic credentials

Outstanding work experience

Commitment to excellence

Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Member of the Bar in the United States

Interest in working on a range of matters for public companies with a team· nice to have
