Patent Litigation Associate, Mid-Senior Level
Key requirements
At least 3 years of experience Degree in technology-related engineering, applied physics or mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school U.S. Bar membership
The role
The Firm seeks a mid- to senior-level patent litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience to work on cutting-edge technology for top tech companies. This role will involve direct partner and client interaction and requires strong technical understanding and litigation case management skills.

What we're looking for
At least 3 years of experience
Degree in technology-related engineering, applied physics or mathematics, computer science, or equivalent experience
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
U.S. Bar membership
Technical chops to discuss details with engineers and developers· nice to have
Patent litigation case management experience including driving contentions, Markman, and written and oral fact and expert discovery· nice to have
Confidence to interact with well-known giants in the tech world· nice to have
