The role
Munger, Tolles & Olson is seeking a Financial Restructuring Attorney with 1-5 years of experience for its San Francisco office. This role focuses on complex restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings within the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency practice area.

What we're looking for

Proven litigation and writing skills
Ranked high in their class at top tier law schools
A J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
Admission to CA Bar
Familiarity with bankruptcy law and related issues
Prior experience with complex reorganization cases
