The role
This role is for attorneys with 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience seeking an opportunity at a nationally recognized practice. The role involves handling complex and high-profile commercial litigation matters across various subject areas and industries, with a focus on providing early responsibility and significant client contact.

- Write briefs
- Lead investigations
- Manage discovery
- Prepare witnesses for trial

What we're looking for
Attorneys with 2 - 5 years of commercial litigation experience
Outstanding academic achievement, including excellent law school record, references, demonstrated leadership, litigation and writing skills
Admission to CA Bar
Litigation experience including in intellectual property, securities, privacy, class actions, business torts, contract disputes, attorney malpractice, internal investigations, white collar criminal, environmental, health care, high technology, media and entertainment, and products liability
Strong writing skills
Entrepreneurial about developing their practice
Experience with the nuts and bolts of pre-trial work, investigations, and/or trials
Experience as a judicial clerk is encouraged but not a prerequisite
Ability to work at least 2,000 hours per year on client matters for which time is recorded
Experience as a judicial clerk· nice to have
