The role

O'Melveny & Myers is seeking a Public Company Associate with 4+ years of PQE to join their Securities practice in Orange County. This role will focus on advising public companies on securities law compliance, disclosure, and corporate governance.

What you'll do

Advise public companies on a variety of securities law compliance, disclosure and corporate governance matters
Manage day-to-day securities law counseling, SEC reporting and corporate governance matters for public company clients

What we're looking for

More than four years of prior relevant experience

Extensive experience advising public companies on securities law compliance, disclosure and corporate governance matters

Ability to independently manage day-to-day securities law counseling, SEC reporting and corporate governance matters

Strong academic credentials

Exceptional written, interpersonal and communication skills

Deep understanding of the securities laws

Direct experience in public company compliance and corporate governance

In-house securities/corporate governance experience· nice to have

Benefits

Salary range of $310,000 - $365,000
