The role
O’Melveny & Myers is seeking a Public Company Associate with 4+ years of PQE to join its Securities practice in Century City. The role focuses on advising public companies on securities law compliance, disclosure, and corporate governance matters.
What we're looking for

Benefits
Salary range of $310,000 - $365,000
