The role
Jones Day is seeking a Financial Markets Associate with 3-6 years of experience for its Washington D.C. office. This role focuses on regulatory and enforcement matters within the financial markets, involving work with financial institutions and fintechs under commodities, banking, or securities laws.

- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare filings in enforcement, application, or regulatory matters before the CFTC, SEC, or the federal and state banking regulators
- Assist with fact gathering
