The role
Jones Day is seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of PQE for its IP and Technology Transactions practice in Silicon Valley. This role focuses on technology and life sciences transactions, including drafting agreements, advising clients, and supporting corporate transactions with technology and IP aspects.

- Draft agreements

- Mentor junior lawyers on the team
