The role
Jones Day is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 4-6 years of experience in their New York office. This role focuses on Securities law, handling a broad range of ECM and DCM transactional work with a significant cross-border component.

Experience representing issuer, investor and underwriter clients
Experience with Exchange Act reporting
Experience with corporate governance compliance
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to assume a lead role in managing transaction execution
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients
