The role
Jones Day is seeking a Financial Markets Associate with 3+ years of experience for its Dallas office. This role will focus on complex leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions within the Finance practice area.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Large firm experience
Experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex leveraged finance transactions
Experience representing lenders and borrowers in asset-based lending transactions
Experience with RBL financing
Ability to assume high level structuring responsibilities
Ability to assume high level drafting responsibilities
Ability to assume high level deal management responsibilities
Comfortable with significant client interaction
Comfortable with working in a team environment
