The role
This role is for a talented, ambitious attorney to join the IP Litigation Practice Group at MoFo. The position requires a strong performer with experience in patent and/or trade secret litigation, an undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences, and outstanding research and analytical skills.

Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework
Strong work ethic
Excellent leadership skills
Action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters
Outstanding research and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters
Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing
Experience with intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation· nice to have
