Morrison & Foerster is seeking an IP Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of experience to join their practice in San Francisco, New York, or San Diego. This role is for a high-performing attorney with a background in intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright, trademark, and/or trade secret matters.

Undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences, or a background demonstrating relevant technical or intellectual property knowledge
Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework
Demonstrated work ethic
Excellent leadership skills
Action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility
Outstanding research and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Sound legal and business knowledge
Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing
