The role
Morrison & Foerster is seeking a Mid-Level Products Liability Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. This role focuses on products liability litigation within the firm's Litigation practice group and is open to candidates based in San Diego, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.
What you'll do
- Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery
- Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
- Manage document collection, review, and production
- Engage in causation and/or failure analysis
- Participate in multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
What we're looking for
2-5 years of experience in Products Liability Litigation
Experience drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
Experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
Experience managing document collection, review, and production
Experience with causation and/or failure analysis
Experience with multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong case management skills
Strong work ethic
Team-oriented attitude
Active member of the California, Colorado, Washington or New York Bar
