Antitrust Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) at Morrison & Foerster

The role

This role is for an Antitrust Associate with 3-5 PQE at Morrison Foerster. The position is ideal for a high-performing attorney with a demonstrated interest in civil litigation or a background in M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling. The role involves working with recognized leaders in the Antitrust Practice Group on complex cases and client counseling.

What we're looking for

3-5 years of relevant experience

Demonstrated interest in civil litigation including taking/defending depositions, drafting court filings, and managing large-scale investigations

Background in M+A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling

Deep industry knowledge and understanding of Antitrust matters

Prior experience in a leading law firm or relevant government agency

Strong work ethic

Excellent leadership skills

Commitment to delivering top-notch client service

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Excellent academic credentials

Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in
