Key requirements
5-8 years of post-JD experience (excluding judicial clerkships) Demonstrated experience in Government Contracts law, including bid protest work, the Contract Disputes Act, internal investigations, counseling, and Federal procurement issues involving the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Juris Doctor Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing or eligible to waive into the DC bar
The role
WilmerHale seeks a Government Contracts Attorney with 5-8 years of PQE to join its Defense, National Security, and Government Contracts Practice in Washington D.C. This role focuses on government contracts, white collar defense, investigations, and false claims act practices within the Regulatory group.
