The role
The Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience to join their team. This role is for attorneys looking to contribute to a collaborative work environment and handle key litigation tasks in a leading international law firm.

What we're looking for
Three to five years of post-JD experience
Experience taking/defending depositions
Experience with motion practice
Experience conducting written discovery
Experience with expert discovery
Experience drafting pleadings and motions
Juris Doctor
Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
Excellent writing skills
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
Experience in inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings· nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
Equivalent industry experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
